Role Overview
NSN Corporation is a professional Concierge/Security and facilities support company operating across high-end residential and mixed-use developments.
We are a fast-growing, systems-driven business focused on operational excellence, accountability, and high professional standards. We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Administration Assistant to support our Director, Operations Team, and Accounts Department from our Norwich office.
This is not a passive admin role. The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day coordination of a busy operation and must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, chasing outstanding actions, and communicating confidently with different departments.
We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity to grow within the business, rather than a temporary administration position.
The Role
The position combines administration, operational coordination, finance support, and internal communications.
You will assist with:
Timesheet administration and payroll preparation support
Liaison between Operations, Bookings, Payroll, HR and Finance
Staff and document administration
Spreadsheet and reporting management
Email and inbox coordination
Invoice and accounts administration support
Internal compliance and systems administration
General operational and business support for management
Requirements
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Reliable and accountable
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Comfortable working with systems and digital platforms
Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Professional in written and verbal communication
Capable of working in a fast-moving environment
Previous administration experience is preferred. Experience within operations, scheduling, payroll support, recruitment, property, security, hospitality, or facilities environments would be advantageous.
Salary
£28,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Salary reviewed following probation based on performance and capability.
