They conduct unannounced site visits, compliance audits, and real-time checks to verify that all personnel are operating in line with SOPs, Assignment Instructions, and company expectations. Working independently across multiple sites, NOCOs identify gaps in performance, discipline, and adherence before they escalate into service failures. Their role is not observational; it is corrective and enforcement-driven. Where issues are identified, immediate action is taken, with clear instructions issued on-site and follow-up tracked to closure.
