His approach is direct and solution-oriented; problems are addressed in real time, with clear corrective actions and follow-through. He plays a key role in embedding standards across teams, from uniform and presentation to SOP and AI adherence. New staff deployments are supported through on-site inductions led by Aidas, ensuring every officer understands “what good looks like” from day one. Aidas works closely with Operations, Account Management, and Bookings to provide accurate ground-truth insight, enabling faster decisions and stronger service delivery.
