CSL - CNTM
SYSTEMS LEAD

Location:   Hybrid / Remote

Employment Type:   Full-Time | Permanent

Experience:   Advanced Connecteam / Workforce SaaS (Required)

Start Date:   Immediate start available

Focus:   Systems Ownership | Automation | Compliance

Role Overview

CSL — CNTM Systems Lead (Connecteam Specialist). This is a systems ownership role responsible for the design, control, and optimisation of NSN System & App CNTM across all sites, staff, and clients.

The role exists to eliminate operational inconsistency, enforce evidence-led compliance, and create full visibility across the business. This is not an administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

Own CNTM architecture across sites and roles, including Digital Site Folders, permissions, and structure.

Design and maintain operational forms with enforced logic, mandatory fields, evidence capture, and RAG classification.

Implement escalation routing and ‘Hold – Not Cleared’ controls for incomplete or non-compliant submissions.

Automate workflows including incident-to-task conversion, compliance alerts, and reporting.

Deploy CNTM for all new sites with standardised configuration and onboarding.

Maintain audit-ready standards at all times, aligned to Policy → SOP → RAMS → Forms → Evidence.

Build dashboards and reporting for Account Managers, OCO, and Director oversight.

Non-negotiable Requirements

Advanced hands-on experience with Connecteam or equivalent workforce SaaS.

Demonstrable experience building workflows, automation, and system controls (not just using forms).

Strong systems thinking with ability to structure operations into scalable logic.

High attention to detail with audit-grade output.

Experience in multi-site operations (security, facilities, or similar) is preferred.

Disqualifiers

Administrative or data-entry focused profiles without system ownership.

No evidence of workflow design or automation.

Reliance on manual processes, reminders, or training instead of system control.

Application Requirement (Mandatory)

Submit a written response outlining how you would design a digital incident reporting system for a multi-site operation, including fields, workflow, escalation, and compliance controls.

Applications without this submission will not be reviewed.

Offer And Progression

Salary:   £25 - £30 p/h (UK)

                £20 - £25 p/h (EU)

                £10 - £15 p/h (PHP)

Progression is tied to measurable system performance including submission compliance, audit readiness, and reduction in management admin time.
