RESIDENTIAL NIGHT CONCIERGE

Location: Harcourt House – Marylebone, London W1

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Working Hour: Night Shift – 7:00pm to 7:00am (4 on / 4 off shift pattern; 12-hour shifts)

Requirements

Valid SIA Licence (essential)

Previous concierge, security, or residential front-of-house experience is desirable

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and attitude suited to a luxury residential environment

Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability

IT literacy, including basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office systems

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, particularly during night operations

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence during night hours

Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner

Manage access control and building security procedures

Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment

Receive and manage deliveries, parcels, and resident enquiries

Maintain accurate handover logs, incident reports, and contractor records

Contact emergency services such as the fire brigade when necessary

Maintain the reception and concierge area to a high professional standard

Support the Building Manager and wider site team with essential service issues when required
