SECURITY OFFICER
Location: Neo Bankside, Blackfriars, London
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Requirement: SIA License
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Pay: £13.68 per hour (including holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular outdoor patrols of the development and surrounding areas
Maintain a strong and visible security presence on site
Monitor access points and external areas of the development
Respond to incidents and report security concerns promptly
Assist residents and visitors with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Work closely with the site team to support overall safety and security operations
Career Development
While this position is first and foremost a security-focused outdoor role, there may be opportunities to collaborate with the concierge team. Successful candidates may receive training to support reception duties when required, allowing them to occasionally assist the concierge team. Over time, this could lead to opportunities to cover both concierge and security shifts.
However, it is important to note that the primary responsibility of this role will always remain outdoor security.
Requirements
Valid SIA Licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Previous security experience is desirable but not essential
