Purpose
NSN System & App CNTM is the official digital platform used by NSN Corporation Ltd for operational communication, staff deployment support, site information, training, compliance acknowledgements, incident reporting, forms, evidence submission, task management, shift-related updates and other business-related activities.
By accessing or using NSN Systems & App CNTM, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to all NSN employees, workers, contractors, self-employed operatives, agency personnel, supervisors, control room staff, operations staff, management staff and any other authorised users given access to NSN System & App CNTM.
Authorised Use Only
Access to the NSN System & App CNTM is provided for NSN business purposes only. You must not use the app for personal, unlawful, offensive, abusive, misleading, disruptive or unauthorised purposes.
You must only access information, documents, chats, forms and site records that are relevant to your role, assignment or authorised duties.
Login Details and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your username, password, access codes or app access with any other person.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, or if your device is lost or stolen, you must notify NSN immediately.
Operational Communications
NSN System & App CNTM is an official communication channel. Messages, instructions, updates and acknowledgements issued through the app may form part of NSN’s operational and compliance records.
You must check the app regularly, keep notifications enabled where required, and respond to work-related messages, tasks, read-and-sign documents and forms within the required timescales.
WhatsApp or personal messaging channels must not be used as a substitute for official NSN operational communication unless specifically authorised by management in an exceptional situation.
Site Documents, SOPs and Read & Sign
You may be required to read and acknowledge SOPs, Assignment Instructions, RAMS, Toolbox Talks, policies, site documents and client-specific instructions through the app.
By completing a read-and-sign acknowledgement, you confirm that you have accessed the document, read it, understood it, and agree to follow it while carrying out your duties.
If you do not understand any instruction, you must raise this with your supervisor, Control Room, DOCO, NOCO or NSN management before continuing with the relevant duty.
Forms, Reports and Evidence
All forms, reports, incident reports, DOLSH entries, patrol checks, task completions, photos, videos, statements and other evidence submitted through the app must be accurate, honest, timely and complete.
You must not submit false, misleading, incomplete, backdated or fabricated information. You must not upload inappropriate, irrelevant or unauthorised images, videos or documents.
Where an incident, risk, breach, damage, security concern, service failure or client-impacting matter occurs, you must follow the correct reporting and escalation process.
Photos, Videos and Media Uploads
Photos and videos may only be uploaded for legitimate operational, security, safety, compliance, training, maintenance, reporting or evidential purposes.
You must not take or upload unnecessary images of residents, visitors, members of the public, children, private documents, personal belongings or sensitive areas unless this is strictly necessary for a legitimate work-related reason.

All uploaded media must be professional, relevant and proportionate.
Location, Time and Attendance Functions
Where enabled, the app may be used for shift confirmation, clock-in/clock-out, site attendance verification, availability management, task completion, patrol verification, lone-worker support or other operational controls.
You must use these functions honestly and in line with NSN instructions. You must not clock in or out on behalf of another person, attempt to manipulate location or attendance data, or submit inaccurate working time information.
Professional Conduct
You must use the app professionally at all times. Abusive language, harassment, discrimination, bullying, inappropriate comments, offensive content, unauthorised sharing of client information, or any conduct that damages NSN, its clients, residents, staff or contractors is strictly prohibited.
All app activity must reflect NSN’s professional standards
Confidentiality
Information available through NSN System & App CNTM may include confidential NSN, client, resident, site, security, operational, commercial or staff-related information.
You must not copy, screenshot, download, forward, publish, disclose or share any confidential information outside authorised NSN channels unless instructed by NSN management or required by law.
This confidentiality obligation continues after your access to the app ends.
Monitoring and Audit
NSN may review app activity, messages, acknowledgements, form submissions, uploaded evidence, attendance records, task records and compliance records for legitimate business purposes, including operational control, safety, security, investigation, payroll support, client reporting, compliance monitoring, training and disciplinary matters.
Breach of Terms
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in removal of app access, investigation, retraining, restriction from deployment, disciplinary action, contract termination, reporting to the relevant authority, or other action considered appropriate by NSN.
Changes to These Terms
NSN may update these Terms from time to time. Users may be required to acknowledge updated Terms through the app.
